You agree that you are fully responsible for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being during your coaching sessions, including choices and decisions made based on discussions with your coach.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Momentum Life Coaching—including written content, graphics, videos, and resources—are the property of the Company and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, share, distribute, or reproduce any material without written permission.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments for coaching services, memberships, or programs must be made in full prior to service delivery unless otherwise stated in writing.

Refunds, if any, will be handled at the discretion of the Company and in accordance with the cancellation policy listed at the time of purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Momentum Life Coaching and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or claims arising out of your participation in coaching or use of our Services.
